What is the Houston Polyamory Community?

The Houston Polyamory Community (HPC) is a cooperative effort between several local group organizers who wanted to make it easier for people to find community, connection, and good information — especially for those discovering polyamory beyond Facebook.

We’re a network of polyamory groups across the Greater Houston area who share a common goal: creating spaces where people can learn, connect, and build genuine community. Whether you’ve been practicing polyamory for years or are just starting to explore what it means, you’ll find supportive peers and plenty of opportunities to grow here.

Our focus is simple — real people, real relationships, and respectful conversation. We aim to make it easier to navigate local resources and events without the confusion of scattered groups or conflicting information.

We share and cross-promote local gatherings like discussion groups, casual meetups, workshops, and community hangouts. Some are social, some educational, but all are built on consent and mutual respect.

There are no dues or membership fees. You can participate as much or as little as you’d like. Contributions go directly toward things like event hosting and community resources.
